Only the finest quality ingredients go into our Macarons. Fresh eggs, Callebaut chocolate callets, real unsalted butter, fairtrade caster sugar, and ground almonds, not almond flour.
Seasonal specials will always be made with what is in season, locally sourced (and often from my own garden). All fillings, such as salted caramel will be home made unless clearly stated.
All macarons are made in small batches and are hand piped for perfect feet and consistent sizing.
